Role: Associate Medical Technologist in the Targeted Cell Isolation team, responsible for specimen assessment, performing routine and complex laboratory procedures, troubleshooting instrumentation, and ensuring quality control. Responsibilities include specimen processing, reagent testing, preparing reports, and maintaining a safe work environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; preferably one year of clinical lab experience; ASCP or AMT certification preferred. High-value: Clinical laboratory testing, specimen processing, instrumentation troubleshooting, quality control, biological sciences. Collaboration: Support team operations and specimen processing. Work setup: Rotating shifts in Indianapolis; flexible schedule with potential for overtime.
