Associate Manufacturing - Nights (D or C shift)

Role: Associate Manufacturing Operator (Nights) at Amgen’s Rhode Island facility, performing GMP-compliant operations in solutions manufacturing such as buffer/media batching, validation, and documentation. Responsibilities include process monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation review, SOP updates, and process improvements. Qualifications: High school/GED + 2 years manufacturing experience, or Associate’s degree + 6 months, or Bachelor’s in Science/Engineering. Preferred skills: knowledge of biotech operations (e.g., purification, cell culture), GMP, CFR/regulatory standards, lab/testing equipment, and basic troubleshooting. Experience with Delta V, statistical analysis, and project management are advantageous. High-value specifics: biologics manufacturing, solutions processing, cGMP compliance, sterile solution handling, and process validation. Work setup: 12-hour rotating night shifts (7PM-7AM) with 15% shift differential and premium pay for Sundays; initial training via weekday schedule.
