What You Will Do
- Under general supervision, perform operations in the manufacturing area.
- Perform operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform and monitor critical processes, execute routine validation protocols, and draft/revise Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions.
- Participate on cross-functional teams and represent manufacturing.
- Own deviations/CAPA’s.
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
Schedule/Shift
- Onboarding: 2–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, ~8am–5pm.
- After onboarding: 12-hour shift, 7pm–7am, two-week rotation covering 7 days/week; ~14 shift days/month; every other weekend off; 15% shift differential and premium pay for Sundays.
Basic Qualifications
- High school/GED + 2 years manufacturing/operations experience, OR
- Associate’s + 6 months manufacturing/operations experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Science/Engineering.
- Knowledge of biotech operations (purification, cell culture, aseptic processing, etc.).
- Single-use systems; CFR/regulatory knowledge; mechanical expertise.
- Statistical skills; ability to interpret/apply GMP.
- Analytical methods understanding; technical writing; project management/presentation.
- Chemistry/biology/physics principles; production equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience with Delta V; lab equipment/testing.
