Associate Manufacturing - Nights

Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, perform operations in the manufacturing area according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform and monitor critical processes; complete routine validation protocols.
- Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in review of documentation for assigned functions.
- Participate on cross-functional teams and represent manufacturing.
- Own deviations/CAPA’s.
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:
- Onboarding: 2–6 weeks, administrative schedule (Mon–Fri ~8am–5pm).
- After onboarding: 12-hour shift team, 7pm–7am, two-week rotation covering 7 days/week; average ~14 days on shift/month with every other weekend off.
- Shift differential: added 15%; premium pay for Sundays worked.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school/GED + 2 years manufacturing/operations experience OR
- Associate’s + 6 months manufacturing/operations experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/technical field.
- Internship or academic project experience in Manufacturing/Biotech/Medical Devices (or related).
- Mechanical competence; willingness to learn equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with computerized systems/automation tools (HMIs a plus).
- Basic GMP and regulatory guideline knowledge.
- Knowledge of biotechnology processes (cell culture, purification, aseptic techniques).
- Follow written procedures and safety protocols; interest in manufacturing systems/quality standards.
- Basic data analysis/statistics; comfortable with Excel/MS Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, clear written/verbal communication, adaptable and proactive.
