Associate Manager, Regulatory Advertising & Promotion

Role: Associate Manager within Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion at Regeneron, focusing on ensuring compliance of promotional activities with FDA regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include managing US regulatory activities for marketed products, providing guidance on product messaging, reviewing promotional materials, and liaising with FDA Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP). The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, and external partners, supporting product launches and ongoing promotional compliance. Requirements: 1-2 years in regulatory affairs, preferably in advertising and promotion, with an advanced degree (Masters, PharmD, Ph.D.) or a Bachelor's in Life Sciences; experience with pharmaceutical or biologic products, familiarity with FDA OPDP interactions, and knowledge of global promotional regulations. Preferred: experience in biologics and clinical trial regulatory frameworks. High-Value: focus on biologics, marketing compliance, FDA engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Work Setup: primarily on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY or Warren, NJ, with 4 days/week onsite.
