Associate Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis -Commercial Functions

Role: Associate Manager, North America Commercial & Medical Affairs Finance, serving as a financial business partner to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting within a biopharma commercial setting. Responsibilities: lead annual OPEX budget development, provide periodic forecast updates, analyze variance reports, support month-end closing activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs. Maintains relationships with stakeholders, collaborates on financial analysis, and supports special projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 5 years of FP&A experience in pharma/biotech, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. Skills include strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, analytical thinking, and communication. Preferred: experience with SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, and AI tools.
