Responsibilities:
- Receive GMP and expensed materials per SOPs with accurate documentation and system entry.
- Enter warehouse material control transactions in SAP to support inventory tracking and material status accuracy.
- Track GMP and expensed material stock levels to support operational needs and inventory accuracy.
- Assist in disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, and general waste per SOPs.
- Maintain warehouse readiness for audits/inspections; keep warehouse/material storage areas clean and orderly.
- Coordinate receipt and distribution of packages/parcels/courier deliveries to appropriate departments.
- Maintain material status segregation and inventory accuracy via proper identification, labeling, storage, and SAP transactions.
- Stage, issue, transfer, and reconcile materials for manufacturing, packaging, laboratory, and sampling.
- Monitor and maintain ambient, refrigerated, and other controlled storage areas; report deviations as required.
- Prepare/package/document/coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous shipments for clinical/development/testing/sampling per transportation regulations and company procedures.
- Assist with year-end physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and compliantly.
- Maintain inventory and shipping supplies to meet operational requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of cGMPs.
- Excellent organizational skills.
