Associate I, Quality Control Lab Support

Role: Lab Support Associate supporting biologics drug substance manufacturing, ensuring QC lab operations run efficiently. Responsibilities: handle sample receipt, storage, tracking, aliquoting, stability pulls, equipment cleaning, autoclaves, and lab ware management; perform preventative maintenance and visual product inspections; support vendor onsite; maintain cleanliness and safety; accurately document test results and records. Requirements: high school diploma with 1+ year lab technician experience or Associate's in Biological Sciences; strong attention to detail, data integrity, and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; able to gown into labs and manufacturing; flexible for additional hours. Preferred: experience with autoclaves, lab washers, and aseptic techniques. High-Value: entry-level, biologics manufacturing support, GMP environment, QC lab operations, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced biotech setting. Work setup: onsite, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend/off-shift support; no travel specified.
