Operations
Responsibilities:
- Receive GMP and expensed materials per SOPs under direct supervision.
- Assist with outbound product shipment preparation to support the distribution schedule.
- Process returned goods deliveries and returned goods delivery notifications.
- Enter warehouse material control transactions in SAP under direct supervision.
- Dispose of hazardous, non-hazardous, and general waste materials per SOPs.
- Maintain warehouse and material storage areas clean and orderly.
- Operate a box truck or van to transfer materials to/from UT RTP warehouses.
- Assist with year-end physical inventory counts.
- Assist with mail room deliveries and shipments.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Valid driver’s license (for North Carolina).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years pharmaceutical warehouse or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Good understanding of cGMPs.
- Experience operating mechanical warehouse equipment.
- Previous experience with SAP.

- 100% on-site at Durham, NC office.
