Job Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing operations per Manufacturing Records according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a clean room environment.
- Perform manufacturing area/equipment setup, cleanup/teardown, and sanitization (with supervision).
- Operate manufacturing production equipment (under supervision) per Manufacturing Records and SOPs.
- Perform in-process inspection and testing (under supervision) per Manufacturing Records and SOPs.
- Accurately and completely document manufacturing activities in Manufacturing Records, Controlled Forms, Product Container Labels, and Logbooks.
- Verify and document manufacturing steps performed by other Manufacturing Associates as correct in Manufacturing Records and/or Logbooks.
- Observe all Company, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.
- Be fully qualified to operate approximately 50% of manufacturing equipment.
- May provide guidance to lower-level personnel.
Qualifications:
- High School/GED with 0β3 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of experience and training).
- Willing and able to receive medical clearance to wear a respirator (e.g., Powered Air Purifying Respirator) for the entire shift.
- Physically able to gown and de-gown (including use of decontamination fogging shower) in up to three clean-room layers and potent compound facility gowning (e.g., Tyvek jumpsuit).
Shift/Compensation:
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am (15% shift differential).
- Pay range: $20.80β$31.20 per hour.
