Independently perform analyses and implement data, software, or technology solutions to deliver precise, reliable, and reproducible products in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior leader. Demonstrate technical precision and strong analytical skills. Possess good understanding of software development and technology infrastructure (including servers, storage, network connectivity, and virtualization/cloud environments), and general understanding of data integration and warehousing, and data analysis and visualization tools. Technology Engineers are aligned to a specific area: Information, Software, Data, or Infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks competently and independently; generate reliable and consistent results.
- Analyze and critique results, noting significant variances or deviations.
- Troubleshoot algorithms, protocols, and software programs.
- Use multiple techniques and modify protocols as needed to suit business needs.
- Learn and understand new methods and technologies.
- Obtain estimates/quotes from vendors and contribute to project time and cost estimates.
- Produce and maintain required technical documentation.
- Adhere to corporate/divisional policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree plus 2 years of related experience, or a masterโs degree with 0 years of experience.
