Associate Engineer, IT Laboratory Systems

Role: Support laboratory and manufacturing benchtop IT systems within a GMP-regulated biopharma environment, ensuring system availability, compliance, and operational continuity. Responsibilities: provide technical troubleshooting, execute system implementations and upgrades, support qualification and validation activities, collaborate with Quality, Validation, Manufacturing, and IT teams, and perform system administration tasks. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred; 1+ year of technical support experience or relevant certifications; knowledge of GMP/GxP laboratory and manufacturing systems; strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
