Associate Director, Workday Solutions

Role: Lead functional leadership for Workday HRIS solutions within HR, overseeing strategy, governance, and roadmap execution to optimize core HR, payroll, benefits, time, and absence modules, with future expansion to talent and compensation. Responsibilities: develop and implement Workday strategies, manage configuration, security, reporting, and integration; lead new module deployments and enhancements; ensure compliance with controls and audit standards; drive change management and user adoption; lead a team of HRIS professionals and coordinate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Information Systems; 10+ years HRIS experience with significant Workday expertise; 5+ years leading Workday modules and implementations; strong knowledge of HR processes, security, and data governance; proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
