Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver Field Effectiveness strategies for the Vaccine Business Unit to increase HCP engagement, optimize territory productivity, and meet/exceed sales goals from field promotional investments.
- Define and drive field effectiveness strategy aligned to commercial objectives; translate enterprise/brand goals into measurable field performance goals, initiatives, and roadmaps.
- Coordinate field KPI reporting; lead territory performance and resource reviews; recommend territory/resource/workload alignment and rebalancing.
- Partner with analytics to operationalize targeting, segmentation, call planning, sizing, and field performance reporting; use data to design targeted interventions (training, routing, workload, etc.).
- Develop and oversee field enablement (onboarding, coaching, playbooks, product performance plans); ensure adoption of calling models, messaging, and promotional compliance.
- Influence CRM/technology (e.g., Veeva), territory alignment tools, and productivity tool roadmaps based on field input; drive tool adoption and continuous improvement.
- Lead/coordinate change management for new programs and ensure governance/audit readiness.
- Manage cross-functional teams, prioritize work, and influence allocation across program/vendor spend, training, and tools.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, account management, and/or headquarters.
- Strategic planner with field operations/CRM (e.g., Veeva) experience; cross-functional influence; analytics literacy; people leadership and change management; strong communication and compliance awareness.

Preferred:
- Hands-on Excel analytics; launch/therapy-area experience; incentive/compensation familiarity; multi-market rollout; vendor/budget influence; omnichannel/digital engagement; business case development.
