Position Overview
The Associate Director, US Oncology National Account Executive (ONC NAE) leads strategic account management and market access initiatives across major oncology customers in Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin, driving optimal product access, utilization, and sustained portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and continuously refine integrated account business plans for pre-launch readiness, launch execution, and inline portfolio optimization.
- Identify and proactively address market access barriers affecting oncology therapies.
- Align access strategy with payer coverage, pathways, site-of-care economics, and customer operating models to ensure availability and compliant pull-through.
- Deliver approved branded/unbranded access, value, quality, and HEOR messages (including FDAMA 114 and PIE) in compliance with policy.
- Build relationships with C-Suite/E-Suite, Medical Directors, pharmacy leaders, and senior decision-makers.
- Provide insights on reimbursement, procurement, contracting, and oncology practice economics.
- Engage pathway organizations, GPOs, IDNs, and State Oncology Societies to support formulary inclusion and appropriate utilization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Medical, HEOR, Reimbursement, Access Strategy, Brand Marketing); translate enterprise/brand strategy into account plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical/industry regulations; maintain documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years oncology/hematology sales leadership, market access, or marketing experience.
- 3+ years regional/national account management experience.
- Experience supporting oncology product launches and inline portfolio management.

- Oncology reimbursement, payer policy, pathway decision-making, and distribution model expertise.
- Executive presence; strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization; customer-centric, able to turn complexity into action.
