Associate Director, US Oncology FP&A
Responsibilities:
- Provide finance leadership and partner with brand partners across the US Oncology franchise to support financial objectives, planning commitments, and internal control requirements for Elahere and Emrelis.
- Lead development, refinement, and governance of FP&A forecasting models aligned to business strategy, planning timelines, and franchise priorities.
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights to support decision-making and drive performance for Elahere and Emrelis.
- Drive Plan, LBE, and LRP cycles in partnership with Commercial and Finance teams.
- Integrate actuals into forecasts and maintain accuracy of revenue and expense projections across the US Oncology portfolio.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; emphasize key brand performance and business impacts.
- Present forecasts, results, and key insights to leadership clearly and actionably.
- Partner across functions with data-driven recommendations to address business challenges.
- Perform monthly budget reviews; evaluate financial performance, progress toward strategic programs, and key variances.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario planning as needed.
- Improve FP&A processes, efficiency, and communication; foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Coach and develop one direct report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience (required).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering across functions and influencing without direct authority.
- Proficiency with SAP, BPC, Power BI, and Excel.
