Role: Associate Director, US Medical Learning (Neuroscience) supports scientific education and training for US Field Medical (FM) and Head Office Medical teams, focusing on neuropsychiatry. Responsibilities: design and update onboarding and ongoing training aligned with scientific data releases, clinical trial support, and medical strategies; collaborate across matrix teams including WW Medical Learning and US Commercialization Learning; assess training needs and evaluate programs; integrate innovation and adult learning principles; coordinate with external speakers and manage training materials and plans; support training for priority clinical trials and congress data releases. Qualifications: advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred; 5+ years in therapeutic area and 7-10 years pharma/biotech experience with field-facing roles like MSL; strong presentation, organizational, cross-functional, and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and AI tools; ability to travel ~20%.
