Role Summary
Associate Director, US Marketing β Lymphoma will shape and execute HCP strategy across the lymphoma franchise, supporting inline indications and upcoming launches. They will lead development and execution of HCP-focused marketing strategies and promotional tactics to drive awareness, adoption, and differentiation across the lifecycle, working with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness and compliant, effective execution. The role combines strategic foresight with operational rigor across personal and non-personal channels.
Responsibilities
- HCP Strategy & Launch Readiness
- Support development of marketing tactical plans to enable pre-launch, launch, and post-launch execution.
- Lead development of HCP messaging platforms and promotional tactics that support current and future indications.
- Translate clinical data and competitive insights into clear, differentiated HCP value propositions.
- Lead execution of lymphoma promotional tactics for US HCPs across personal and non-personal channels, including peer to peer educational content.
- Franchise & Lifecycle Support
- Support promotional execution across approved and emerging indications within the lymphoma portfolio.
- Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and execution across brands, indications, and channels.
- Maintain deep therapeutic area expertise in lymphoma and evolving standards of care.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Training, Business Operations, Medical Affairs, and MLR to ensure aligned, compliant, and effective execution.
- Partner with MLR to develop compliant and impactful promotional materials and ensure timely approvals.
- Support launch-related training and field enablement activities.
- Agency, Analytics & Insights
- Support and manage key vendor relationships, including the promotional agency of record.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Market Research teams to gather market insights, monitor the competitive landscape, and assess performance.
- Apply insights and learnings to optimize strategy and execution over time.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure effective sharing of best practices and insights across the organization.
- Support budget planning, tracking, and stewardship.
- Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorβs Degree
- Required: 7+ years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Required: 2+ years of experience in hematology and oncology HCP marketing, including US launch experience of new products or indications
- Required: Experience with developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics with field-based teams
- Required: Strong leadership skills and ability to manage project autonomously
- Required: Strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities
- Preferred: Lymphoma experience strongly preferred
