Associate Director, U.S. VOXZOGO Marketing

Role: Associate Director, U.S. VOXZOGO Marketing, leading brand strategy and market execution during a critical lifecycle phase. Responsibilities: drive franchise growth amid market competition, analyze market environment and competitive intelligence, develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies for key customer segments, collaborate with global teams, and manage campaigns and budgets. Engage with stakeholders through key events and cross-functional coordination to optimize market position. Requirements: BA/BS in Business or Life Sciences (MBA preferred), 8+ years in biotech/pharma commercial roles with success in competitive markets, experience with agencies and regulatory review processes, strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, and ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred: knowledge of multiple pharma markets, market access, medical strategy, rare disease experience, and prior sales or consulting background. High-Value: rare disease (notably pediatric growth disorders), competitive market entry, brand management, omnichannel digital engagement, cross-functional leadership, and senior stakeholder interaction.
