Associate Director, Trade Program Solutions – Immunology (ISN)
Responsibilities:
- Own ISN complex contracting and program operations, including operating discipline to deliver consistent business impact.
- Lead contracting strategy and operating governance for ISN from program design through implementation, optimization, renewal, or transition.
- Develop contracting strategy for specialty/retail pharmacy CDAs, FFS and data SOWs, MSAs, Advisory Boards, and customer engagement events.
- Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle: Fair Market Value review; drafting/redlining; negotiation coordination; approvals/signature; purchase-order readiness; implementation/documentation; invoice reconciliation.
- Establish governance, prioritization, and escalation mechanisms based on expirations, business need, approvals, risk, and budget.
- Own ISN budget stewardship and forecast accountability using invoice reconciliation, resource planning, and forward-looking analysis.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance for risk-based review and adherence to compliance policies.
- Lead performance analytics to drive recommendations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Influence cross-functional and external partners to enable compliant, scalable solutions and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years contract drafting/redlining; 2+ years in a client-side environment.
- Demonstrated contract drafting, negotiation coordination, financial acumen, and budget management.
- Strong program/project management; ability to lead multiple complex initiatives.
- Advanced MS Word/Excel; strong analytical/problem-solving and organization.
- Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication.
Preferred:
- Legal/paralegal experience; pharma/healthcare experience; specialty/retail/infusion/service/data-partner arrangement experience; governance/lifecycle-management experience.
