Associate Director, TOPS Finance – Technical Development & Quality

Role: Associate Director, TOPS Finance for Technical Development & Quality, serving as the primary finance partner to support strategic and operational decision-making in biotech development and quality functions. Responsibilities: lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis; develop financial models and KPIs; prepare executive reports, variance analyses, and investment cases; collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality; identify process improvements to enhance financial planning efficiency. Requirements: 10+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting within biotech, pharma, or complex life sciences; strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills; experience supporting technical operations, quality, manufacturing, or R&D functions; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise finance systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Anaplan). Preferred: advanced degree, CPA or equivalent, and experience with biotech development stages, especially CMC, process development, or quality.
