The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based role that will be responsible for leading, building and nurturing successful strategic partnerships on behalf of Travere with national and regional US key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the rare nephrology space. This position will report to the Senior Director, Thought Leader Engagement Strategy and Marketing Operations and will help support the successful growth of FILSPARI (sparsentan). With supervision, this individual will collaborate cross-functionally on field activities as a strategic business partner with Marketing, Insights and Analytics, Sales management, Patient Advocacy, Compliance, Sales Training, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
The preferred candidate will bring a deep understanding of nephrology, ideally with a focus on rare kidney diseases. They will have a demonstrated ability to engage with academic thought leaders and cultivate a community of brand advocates, driving impact through personalized interactions, focused small group meetings, and influential advisory boards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Life Sciences discipline. Advanced degree preferred but not required. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered. Minimum of 8 years of related Marketing experience in specialty or rare disease marketing

$146,000.00 - $190,000.00
