Role: Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison in dermatology, focusing on building relationships with Medical Experts and generating insights to inform strategic business decisions. Responsibilities: establish and maintain compliant engagement with dermatology clinicians across the Mid-Atlantic region; facilitate educational programs, advisory boards, and congress activities; synthesize insights for cross-functional teams; leverage digital tools and CRM systems for planning and documentation; support peer-to-peer education and external events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in Medical Expert engagement, field-based marketing, or related pharma/biotech roles; proven ability to develop compliant, productive relationships with healthcare professionals; strong communication, analytical, and project management skills; valid driver’s license and residence within the territory; ability to travel up to 80%.
