Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison - Dermatology

Role: Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison in dermatology, responsible for building relationships with Medical Experts, generating insights, and supporting educational and strategic initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region. Responsibilities: conduct compliant expert engagements, inform marketing and educational strategies, facilitate peer-to-peer education, moderate programs, lead advisory boards, and coordinate congress activities; collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Education teams; leverage digital tools and CRM for engagement and insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred), minimum 5 years in Medical Expert engagement, field-based marketing, or similar roles; proven ability to develop compliant physician relationships; strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills; valid driver’s license with ability to travel up to 80%. Preferred: dermatology therapeutic area experience. High-Value: field-based role in dermatology, engaging Medical Experts, supporting educational and advisory programs, with significant travel within the specified territory. Work setup: remote within territory with travel; no relocation.
