Associate Director, Therapeutic Area Communications

Role: Associate Director, TA Communications supports development and execution of product and portfolio communication strategies within Novartis' Cardiovascular & Metabolic (CVM) Therapeutic Area globally and in the US. Responsibilities: craft and implement integrated campaigns for mid-stage development assets, growth brands, and launch initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product narratives; manage media relations, digital channels, and stakeholder engagement; oversee reputation management and ensure regulatory compliance; develop measurement frameworks to assess impact; manage agency partnerships and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech communications, with experience in brand storytelling, regulatory milestones, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement; management of agency relationships and budgets.
