Associate Director, Technology Sourcing

Role: Associate Director of Technology Sourcing responsible for developing and executing global strategic sourcing strategies for IT categories within CSL's enterprise spend, aiming to optimize value, savings, and risk management. Responsibilities: lead high-value sourcing initiatives across hardware, software, cloud, data centers, cybersecurity, and professional services; develop multi-year roadmaps; negotiate complex contracts including SaaS, licensing, and enterprise agreements; build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and global suppliers; manage supplier performance, governance, and risk mitigation; drive procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives; and ensure compliance with governance standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, IT, or related fields; 7+ years in strategic sourcing, with extensive experience in technology categories; proven track record managing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud services, and IT infrastructure negotiations; strong skills in stakeholder management, supplier relationship management, negotiation, and data analysis; familiarity with procurement tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms; professional certifications such as ISM/CPSM preferred.
