Associate Director, Tax

Role: Associate Director, Tax responsible for managing federal, state, and international tax compliance and planning for Natera, a biotech leader in cfDNA testing. Responsibilities: oversee tax filings (income, business, sales, use, withholding, VAT, property taxes), coordinate and review returns, ensure SOX compliance, manage tax accounts, monitor regulatory changes, lead tax audits, and develop process improvements. Qualifications: 7+ years in tax management within public accounting, CPA preferred, deep knowledge of U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax laws, proficiency in tax operations and reporting software. High-Value: experience with international withholding and VAT, corporate tax compliance, managing external auditors, and strategic tax planning.
