General Summary:
As an Associate Director (Talent Acquisition), implement and execute recruitment strategies and programs to attract best-in-class talent for critical openings.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement approaches to identify and attract top talent (organic attraction and external staffing partners).
- Build talent pipelines for near-term and longer-term capability needs.
- Conduct proactive sourcing/pipelining using industry expertise, relationships, and research/mapping.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and clients to translate workforce planning analytics into pipeline development.
- Advise internal stakeholders on talent decisions and strategies; collaborate on action plans for hard-to-find roles.
- Manage/participate in targeted recruiting initiatives.
- Advise and coach hiring managers on interview team roles and technical/functional/behavioral interviewing.
- Grow networks, foster relationships, and attend/coordinate networking events.
- Interview for core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit, and future potential.
- Track milestones/timelines; analyze and communicate risks/issues and adjust plans/resources.
- Ensure exceptional candidate care; prepare/negotiate offers and close candidates.
- Contribute to cross-functional talent acquisition organization-building.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Proven talent acquisition best practices.
- Digital and AI fluency across the recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, screening, candidate engagement) to support data-driven decisions.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Typically 8 years of experience (or equivalent education/experience).
Flex Designation:
- Hybrid-eligible or On-site eligible (Hybrid: remote up to two days/week; On-site: five days/week with ad hoc flexibility).
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Pay range: $146,400β$219,600; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards; additional benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, educational assistance/student loan repayment, commuting subsidy, charitable donation matching, and 401(k).
