Associate Director, Sustainability Reporting (Hybrid - Rahway, NJ)

This Associate Director role in External Reporting focuses on sustainability reporting as the Company prepares its initial regulatory sustainability filings. Report to the Executive Director – External Reporting and work with the Sustainability Controller to support global regulatory external reporting requirements for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics.

Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Preferred: CPA

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of auditing and/or accounting background.
- Working knowledge of sustainability topics and regulations, particularly CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with financial reporting, financial processes, and internal controls.
- Proactive problem-solving; highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform in high-pressure situations.
- Experience in complex environments and driving change.
- Effective communication and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to work in a less structured environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with the Workiva sustainability reporting module.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
