Associate Director, Strategy Associate

Role: Associate Director, US Strategy, serving as the core project manager and analytical lead for US Business Strategy initiatives. Primary objectives include translating ambiguous business questions into structured workstreams, insights, and executive-ready recommendations. Responsibilities encompass managing workstream design, stakeholder input, synthesis of market and policy data, developing strategic options, and supporting transition from recommendations to execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master's/MS or MBA preferred), 5+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, pharma commercial operations, or related fields; strong analytical, storytelling, stakeholder management, and project ownership skills. Preferred: experience in pharma/healthcare, digital/AI, business development, or strategy consulting, with prior experience preparing materials for senior leadership. High-Value: strategic planning within pharma or healthcare, commercial strategy, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, decision support during enterprise transformation. Work setup: based in East Hanover, NJ, with up to 20% domestic/international travel. Excludes remote work and relocation.
