Associate Director, Strategy Associate

Role: Associate Director, US Strategy, serving as the core project manager and analytical lead for US Business Strategy initiatives. Responsibilities: structure workstreams, conduct analyses, gather stakeholder input, synthesize market and policy data into strategic options, prepare executive-ready recommendations, and track action items. Support transition from strategy to execution through documentation of owners, milestones, and KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), 5+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, or pharma-related analytics; strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; ability to independently own workstreams.
