Associate Director, Strategy Associate

Role: Associate Director, US Strategy, serving as a core strategy project manager and analytical lead within US Business Strategy for a biopharma company. Responsibilities: structure workstreams, conduct analysis, gather stakeholder input, synthesize market and internal data into strategic options, prepare executive-level recommendations, and track action plans. Support transition from strategy to execution by documenting owners, milestones, and KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 5+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, pharma commercial operations, or related fields; strong analytical, storytelling, stakeholder management, and independent work skills.
