Associate Director, Strategy Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Structure workstreams, analyses, interviews, workshops, and deliverables for assigned US Business Strategy projects.
- Coordinate functional strategy inputs and pressure-test alignment of functional plans to US commercial enterprise priorities.
- Synthesize market, customer, competitor, policy, portfolio, financial, and operating model inputs into strategic choices.
- Prepare US LT-ready recommendations, strategic options, and trade-off narratives.
- Manage stakeholder follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action tracking for workstreams.
- Support transition from recommendation to execution by documenting owners, milestones, KPIs, and dependencies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in a related field (Preferred: Master of Science and/or MBA).
- Experience: 5+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, commercial operations, project management, analytics, pharma business planning, partnership/innovation, or strategic transformation.
- Skills: Strong structured thinking; quantitative and qualitative analysis; PowerPoint and Excel; storytelling; stakeholder management; follow-through; ability to independently own workstreams and convert data/interviews into implications and recommendations.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in pharma/healthcare, commercial strategy, strategy consulting, business development/partnerships, AI/digital, or enterprise transformation.
- Experience preparing materials for senior leadership or governance forums.

Compensation:
- Salary range expected: $132,300β$245,700 per year (final offer based on skills/experience).
