Associate Director, Strategy Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Structure workstreams, analyses, interviews, workshops, and deliverables for US Business Strategy projects.
- Coordinate functional strategy inputs; pressure-test alignment to US commercial enterprise priorities.
- Synthesize market, customer, competitor, policy, portfolio, financial, and operating model inputs into strategic choices.
- Prepare US LT-ready recommendations, strategic options, and trade-off narratives.
- Manage stakeholder follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action tracking.
- Support transition to execution by documenting owners, milestones, KPIs, and dependencies.
Education:
- Required: Bachelorβs degree in a related field.
- Preferred: Advanced degree (Master of Science and/or MBA).
Experience (Required):
- 5+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, commercial operations, project management, analytics, pharma business planning, partnerships/innovation, or strategic transformation.
- Strong structured thinking; quantitative/qualitative analysis; PowerPoint, Excel, storytelling; stakeholder management and follow-through.
- Independently own workstreams and turn data/interviews into implications and recommendations.
Desirable:
- Pharma/healthcare, commercial strategy, strategy consulting, business development/partnerships, AI/digital, or enterprise transformation.
- Experience preparing materials for senior leadership or governance forums.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $132,300β$245,700/year.
