Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement analytics on business performance and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable commercial and market insights.
- Establish and maintain metrics, data sets, and KPIs for real-time leadership visibility.
- Collaborate across functions on analytics projects (e.g., competitive intelligence and business performance tracking).
- Lead strategic assessments of market trends, competitive landscape, and portfolio performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to define portfolio priorities and evaluate new opportunities.
- Prepare market assessments and strategic presentations covering business performance and growth potential.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders; prepare executive-level presentations.
- Anticipate leadership needs with scenario analyses and insights to shape decision-making.
- Build relationships across sales, market access, marketing, and finance; lead cross-functional working groups.
- Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies; develop project plans (milestones, deliverables, accountability).
- Create executive-level narratives and influence decision-makers through data storytelling and business cases.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (pharma/healthcare exposure preferred).
- Expertise in data analysis, market assessment, strategic planning, and competitive intelligence.
- Ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable portfolio strategies.
- Strong communication skills; influence senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (and analytical tools).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
