Associate Director, Strategic Intelligence & Insights

Role: Lead the strategic intelligence and insights function within PDS, transforming passive data collection into proactive, actionable intelligence to inform senior leadership. Responsibilities: monitor internal/external developments (market, geopolitical, regulatory, supply chain), synthesize cross-unit information to identify patterns and risks, develop executive-ready briefings, and establish early-warning mechanisms. Collaborate broadly with enterprise risk management, strategy, and operational teams to ensure aligned and timely insights, supporting strategic decision-making and risk mitigation. Create standardized reporting formats and continuously improve sensing methodologies for more effective intelligence delivery. Qualifications: B.S./B.A. in science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA/M.A.) preferred. 10+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management roles with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights. Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering executive briefings. High-Value: Strategic intelligence in a biopharma context, relevant for an organization focused on innovation, risk assessment, and enterprise alignment. Located in Devens, MA or Princeton, NJ, with the role being primarily remote but requiring collaboration across enterprise functions.
