Associate Director, Strategic Finance

Role: Associate Director, Strategic Finance at Vera Therapeutics, supporting long-term strategic planning and financial initiatives in a biotech focused on autoimmune kidney diseases. Responsibilities: lead the Long Range Planning process, develop financial models, support capital raising and investor relations activities, prepare materials for investor events, conduct industry research, and assist in cash runway, budgeting, and cost analysis. Qualifications: 6+ years in biotech or corporate finance, BS/MBA, strong financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning skills, with experience presenting to executives. Preferred: proven track record in executing strategic initiatives to maximize company value, high-level analytical and communication skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment. HighValue: biotech experience, understanding of valuation and capital structure, experience with investor relations and strategic planning, ability to travel up to 20%.
