Associate Director Standards & Execution

Role: Associate Director leading strategic initiatives within the Global Regulatory and Clinical Safety (GRACS) Quality Management System, focusing on compliance programs such as Privacy, Data Security, and Records Management. Responsibilities: manage planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration across enterprise functions (IT, Legal, Security, etc.); develop governance structures, standards, and controls; support privacy assessments, data security monitoring, and third-party due diligence; drive continuous process improvements; provide leadership reporting and metrics. Requirements: 15+ years’ experience in project, systems, or regulatory management; strong background in compliance, governance, privacy, or quality systems; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience in a highly regulated, global environment. Preferred: Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, PMI/PMP certifications.
