Overview: Seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to spearhead the Plan to Deliver workstream (Manufacturing—In-house and Contract, Quality Processes, Inventory/Global Logistics, Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning) in a GxP-regulated environment. Drive integration across SAP, LIMS, WMS, MES, and QMS to ensure seamless, compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage SAP solution architecture (PP, QM, MM) for end-to-end Plan to Deliver processes.
- Facilitate SAP integrations with LIMS/WMS/MES/QMS for data consistency, alignment, and real-time visibility.
- Map/optimize business processes with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring GxP/FDA/EMA compliance and “fit to standard.”
- Develop/maintain functional specifications, process flows, integration plans, and configurations; review deployments for quality.
- Create decision rationale documents; communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support in-house/contract manufacturing via SAP configurations for schedules, capacity planning, and material traceability (batch management/shop floor control).
- Oversee SAP QM implementation; integrate with QMS for non-conformance, CAPA, and audit trails; ensure quality data traceability across SAP/LIMS/QMS.
- Lead project delivery (requirements, design, testing, training, go-live) and maintain documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement and recommend PTD enhancements via post-implementation monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years as SAP Business Analyst; 3+ years leading Plan to Produce processes.
- Expertise in SAP PP, QM, MM (S/4HANA a plus); SAP certifications desirable.
- Proven SAP integration experience with LIMS/WMS/MES/QMS in manufacturing/life sciences.
- Strong GxP understanding (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GMP).
- Experience with in-house/contract manufacturing, batch management, and traceability.
- Project management skills (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Strong analytical/problem-solving/communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry 4.0 (IoT/automation).
- Analytics/reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Sphere Power BI).
- Agile or DevOps methodologies.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Salary range $152,000–$209,000; discretionary bonus/stock incentives may apply; paid time off and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
