Qualifications: 8+ years in service engineering or related fields, with 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams supporting mission-critical systems in regulated environments. Hands-on expertise in incident management, root cause analysis, and clinical or biotech systems such as LIMS or data pipelines. Preferred: experience in healthcare, biotech, or bioinformatics, familiarity with automation tools, and establishing operational KPIs for clinical systems.
