Role: Associate Director of Service Delivery for Biogen's Manufacturing Control Network (MCN) Global Solutions, overseeing global manufacturing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform governance. Responsibilities: lead architecture roadmap, manage infrastructure resilience, cybersecurity, project execution, lifecycle planning, and budget; develop standards and influence investment decisions; coordinate with manufacturing sites, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders; foster team development and ensure regulatory compliance.
