Role Summary

The Associate Director of Scientific Marketing, Hematology leads the strategic direction for scientific strategy and medical education activities supporting brand initiatives in the Multiple Myeloma space, with initial focus on relapsed/refractory settings and evolution to earlier lines as the program matures. Responsibilities include synthesis of market research and congress insights to inform scientific and KOL engagement programs, speaker bureau, and forward-looking congress planning and strategy, plus driving strategic advisory boards and cross-functional input into AdBoards. May support comparable activities for lymphoma programs (FL/DLBCL) in later lines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and priorities to ensure impactful representations of product programs at US and select global congresses, including commercial objectives, customer engagement plans, advertising, competitive intelligence, and field training priorities aligned with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with CSI&A to guide research strategy, synthesize insights from market research, congresses, and KOL interactions, and apply findings to inform commercial strategy and execution.
  • Build and manage relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and professional partners, including KOL identification, mapping, and engagement planning.
  • Coordinate the Annual Advisory Board Plan (AABP), including the development and execution of US commercial advisory boards to support brand strategy.
  • Drive strategy for speaker bureaus, ensuring content relevance and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum of 10 years biopharmaceutical experience with at least 7 in Marketing; minimum 3 yearsβ€šΓ„Γ΄ experience marketing oncology drugs; willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 4 days on-site at Sleepy Hollow, NY.
  • Preferred: Strong science background with deep knowledge of oncology and/or hematology; understanding and experience in Multiple Myeloma; product/indication launch experience.
