Job Summary
The TA Training Specialist designs, delivers, and continuously evolves training programs that drive commercial excellence for the Lymphomas and Solid Tumor sales team. Partners with the Business Unit Lead for Sales Training to build a curriculum equipping field teams with product knowledge, disease-state expertise, and understanding of the marketing and competitive landscape. Assesses training effectiveness and refines programs to support business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Develop scientifically accurate, commercially relevant training materials compliant with MLR standards.
- Create onboarding/new-hire training strategies tailored to diverse commercial teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to keep messaging current.
- Build sales enablement resources (workshops, simulations, digital learning) using adult learning principles.
- Manage project execution and vendor partnerships to meet timelines/scope.
- Oversee new-hire onboarding for Initial Phase Training and product certifications.
- Align with the BU Lead; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations.
- Support planning/execution of national training meetings, product launches, and regional meetings.
- Measure impact via metrics, field observation, knowledge assessments, and performance data; provide insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure MLR compliance and maintain regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences (master’s preferred).
- 3–5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably Oncology/Hematology).
- 2+ years training/coaching/field leadership experience; strong adult learning knowledge.
- Deep Oncology/Hematology disease-state and treatment/access knowledge.
- Strong understanding of commercial operations (sales, marketing, market access).
- Ability to design/deliver engaging training that drives measurable performance.
- Experience with MLR review/compliance; excellent facilitation/presentation/communication.
- Proficiency with LMS and digital learning tools; ability to travel 30–50%.
- Experience with learning platforms/instructional design tools; familiarity with AI technology.
