Job Summary
The TA Training Specialist is responsible for the strategic design, delivery, and continuous evolution of training programs that drive commercial excellence for the Lymphomas and Solid Tumor sales team.

Responsibilities
- Develop training materials and learning experiences that are scientifically accurate, commercially relevant, and compliant with MLR standards.
- Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive training strategy for new hires tailored to diverse commercial teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure training content reflects current strategic messaging.
- Create sales enablement resources (workshops, simulations, digital learning) using adult learning principles.
- Manage project execution and vendor partnerships to ensure on-time, in-scope deliverables aligned to the learning strategy.
- Oversee onboarding for Initial Phase Training and product certifications.
- Partner with the BU Lead for Sales Training; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to support field readiness.
- Contribute to planning and execution of national training meetings, product launches, and regional meetings.
- Assess training effectiveness using metrics, field observation, knowledge assessments, and performance data; report insights to senior training leadership.
- Ensure training adheres to Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review standards; maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or related field (master’s preferred).
- 3–5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably Oncology/Hematology).
- 2+ years pharmaceutical training/coaching/field leadership; knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Deep Oncology/Hematology disease state, treatment, competitive, and access pathway knowledge.
- Understanding of pharma commercial operations (sales, marketing, market access).
- Ability to design/deliver engaging training that drives measurable performance.
- Experience navigating MLR review and compliance.
- Excellent facilitation/presentation/communication skills.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Travel 30–50%.
- Experience with Oncology/Hematology training, market access, and commercial operations; stakeholder management.
- Experience with learning platforms, instructional design tools, and integration of AI technology.
