Associate Director, Rewire Field Experience and Agentic AI Architect

Role: Associate Director, Rewire Field Experience & Agentic AI Architect, leads the technical architecture for the connected AI-enabled field engagement platform. Responsibilities: define end-to-end IT architecture encompassing AI agents, dashboards, integration with Veeva Vault CRM, data sources, security, and experience layers; ensure seamless, personalized user workflows; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Data, Engineering, and Compliance; embed cybersecurity, privacy, and responsible AI standards; guide iterative delivery and field co-creation; and establish architecture governance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years in enterprise solution, AI, or digital product architecture; experience designing integrated, scalable enterprise experiences, especially in highly regulated industries such as biopharma; proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Veeva Vault, Salesforce), APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks), and AI technologies. High-Value: focus on AI-driven customer engagement, field experience, and integration with coaching and performance tools; experience in pharma or biotech preferred.
