Associate Director, Rewire Field Experience and Agentic AI Architect

Role: Associate Director, Rewire Field Experience & Agentic AI Architect, responsible for designing and owning the IT architecture of a connected, AI-enabled field engagement platform for biopharma sales reps. Responsibilities: define end-to-end architecture integrating CRM (Veeva Vault), AI agents, dashboards, and workflows to streamline pre-call, interaction, and post-call activities; collaborate with Commercial, Data, UX, and compliance teams; ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions; align architecture with adjacent coaching and performance tools; oversee iterative delivery, pilot testing, and value measurement. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in enterprise solution or AI architecture, with experience in CRM platforms, APIs, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Databricks), and regulated industry standards; strong knowledge of AI orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, security, privacy, and compliance. Preferred: experience with Veeva Vault CRM, AI-enabled field or sales tools, global deployments, and architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud certs).
