Associate Director, Revenue Controller

Role: Associate Director, Revenue Controller at a gene therapy company, responsible for ensuring revenue accounting integrity under US GAAP (ASC606) and IFRS 15, managing end-to-end revenue transactions, accounts receivable, and global financial close processes. Responsibilities: own revenue recognition from gene therapy sales in US and UK markets within SAP S/4HANA, collaborate with FP&A and Tax teams on gross-to-net adjustments, transfer pricing, and compliance; lead month/quarter/year-end closes, review reconciliations, and automate dashboards; design internal controls aligned with SOX; support external audits; and configure SAP for scalable revenue processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 10+ years’ progressive experience in gene/cell therapy revenue accounting, transfer pricing, US GAAP and IFRS expertise, SOX compliance, hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, CPA or equivalent certification preferred. High-Value: gene therapy, commercial revenue, multi-entity, multi-currency, SOX controls, global tax and transfer pricing, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Collaboration: partners with finance, tax, and commercial teams; reports to Sr. Director, Global Accounting and Operations.
