Role: Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion for Oncology, leading strategic planning and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and effective promotional activities. Responsibilities: set operational strategies, oversee multidisciplinary teams, analyze industry trends, develop process improvements, and manage stakeholder communication across Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Public Affairs. Also responsible for budget management and developing strategic presentations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science (biology, chemistry, pharmacology) with 8+ years of pharma experience (or 5+ with Pharm D), including direct regulatory advertising and promotion oversight, preferably in oncology. Strong experience in complex, matrix environments with excellent communication skills. Preferred: advanced degrees (Masterβs, Ph.D, Pharm D), oncology experience, management background.
