Responsibilities: lead cross-functional publication teams, develop and execute comprehensive publication plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Provide scientific insights for journal and congress selection, oversee resource allocation for scientific communication, develop publication charters with partners, and track activities via databases. Qualifications: BS with 8+ years, MS with 6+ years, or PharmD/PhD with 3+ years of pharma industry experience; at least 3 years in drug development and 2 in publication management. Skills: strong scientific background, therapeutic expertise, excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and knowledge of publication standards (GPP, CONSORT). Preferred: advanced degrees and ISMPP CMPP certification. High-Value: experience in hematology-oncology, publication process adherence, working with medical agencies, and managing global publication teams. Work setup: hybrid with 10% travel.
