Role: Associate Director Publication Manager leading global publication strategies within the Hematology-Oncology therapeutic area. Responsibilities: manage cross-functional publication teams, develop and execute overarching publication plans, oversee scientific communication platforms, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Requirements: BS with 8+ years, MS with 6+ years, or PharmD/PhD with 3+ years in pharma industry; at least 3 years in drug development and 2 years in publication management; strong therapeutic and scientific expertise in oncology; excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; familiarity with publication standards (GPP, ICMJE, CONSORT). Preferred: advanced scientific degrees and ISMPP CMPP certification.
